Can I rename the "opsbar-restore" section?

I have four contrained issue dialog buttons that are placed in the "opsbar-restore" section. However, when any more than two are displayed the drop down appears called "Restore Issue". 

Is it possible to rename that drop down?

Hello @Julia 

 

No you can't rename that item, but I would actually move those to the operations-top-level so they fall into the same section as the other options for ticket operations like move, link, and clone.
