Can I renew a expired Plugin licens or do I have to purchase it again

Hey

We have some bought some plugins and the licens have now expired. This haven't been a problem until now. We would like to upgrade JIRA and therefore we have to upgrade plugins.

My question is if a expired licens can be renewed or I have to purchase a new licens (Renewal is cheaper the purchase).

Hi Mikkel,

I think you should be able to renew your license, considering that you already have an existing one. If you have any issues with the renewal process, however, I would recommend that you contact our Sales team directly
