Can JIRA Portfolio create a work-back schedule using Story Points and Kanban?

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
I am working with a number of program managers who are using JIRA in a Kanban format to track tasks for deliverables with definite due dates. We need Portfolio to produce a simple work-back schedule based on actual tasks. Right now they're calculating it in Excel and pasting it into the description field, but we'd like them to be able to base their estimate on actual JIRA tickets.
Can we enter due dates ("release dates"), enter story points, push a button, and end up with something like the screen grab below?
