We have multiple Business Units using a single instance of JIRA and now embarking on Portfolio. Given that these multiple Business Units might have a slightly different strategy based on the market/customer they wish to service, can you setup Themes either by Portfolio Plan (which could lead to improved benefits realisation/tracking) or by Business Unit to enable strategy enablement.
