Can a customer add issue link through service portal jira service desk?

HI ,

Can we somehow give permission to customers to add links or issue link though customer protal of jira?

What kind of “link”. If you mean a link to another Jira Issue then no or not easily anyway. You can add a URL field to your form and the customer could paste in a URL. The challenge is how would they acquire the URL to the other issue.

As I know, there is no link issue feature on customer portal.
