Can dynamic form made available at the time of transition

if YES a new custom field ( program type ) is shown.

this  is possible at the time of creation. But i need it to be available at the time of resolving the ticket , is it possible

Hi Siva,

Automation for Jira doesn't allow for customization of screens. Other add-ons in Server may be able to perform this functionality.
