Can not view dashboards or Agile boards after JIRA v6.1 upgrade

After upgrading to JIRA v6.1 we can no longer see our dashboards or Agile boards.

No errors are being thrown in the logs.

Has anybody run into this issue?

Thank you Jobin. The link did help. The issue was the Behaviors plugin. Once I disabled the plugin all of my dashboards and Agile boards became available.
