Can "issue creating form" get some parameters from URL (GET-method)?

Now after retriving URL like this: http://jira_instance.com/createissue.jspa?pid=xxx&issuetype=yyy

JIRA opening the form where fields "Project" and "Issue type" are already setted.

Can i use this method for preset some additional fiields on "issue creating form"?

For example, for setting the "Component" field or some custom fields.
