Hi all,
when I try to search for the request type it gives me the following error:
Field 'Customer Request Type' does not exist or you do not have permission to view it.
OR
Field 'Request Type' does not exist or you do not have permission to view it.
My Service Desk version is JIRA Service Desk 4.5.4.
Can anyone help me with this issue?

It seems, that the installation language is playing a major role in my problems. :)
I installed my JIRA Service Desk in german. Therefore, I should have searched for "Kundenanfragetyp" even thoguh my profile language is english.
