Can't see Remaining Story Points on Burndown Report when Sprint Starts

Hi,

I have a question about the Burndown Reports as we upgraded from 7.1.4 to 7.12.3 and I don't know if it's our fault or it's something that comes with the version.

In 7.1.4 we could see the total Remaining Story Points of a Sprint on Sprint Start Event of our Burndown Report as it's seen on the image:

But in 7.12.3, when we create/start new sprints, we can't see this total:

Is this our fault due to some misconfiguration? Or it is because of upgrading the version made changes on this feature? 
I can still see this value in old sprints, but in new ones it's not showing.
