Right now we have three distinct groups running their own on-prem Jira instances.
One utilizing Service Desk only, the other two using Jira.
We could like to consolidate down to one instance if possible.
The idea would be to have an "admin" per group.
All three groups sharing the same customers if possible.
Also, we want to make sure org can only access their own data.
Yes this is totally possible with permission schemes and Issue Security Schemes(If you would like to further apply security)
Just define Permission Schemes separately for all the three organizations and when you have a project for the org then apply the Permission scheme that is related to the org and this should resolve your issue.
