Can we use SQL in the CLOUD to modify database values ?

I started managing a project since last month and there is a huge mess around.

We really need to fix the resolution data of many issues, it is affecting our KPIs. I wonder if this is possible to do in the cloud, I am interested in doing things like this https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/62626

No, you do not have any access to the database on Cloud.

You could try raising this with Atlassian support to see if they would do it for you as a one-off, but I don't think they will.
