Can you help me to point where I can change the list of "Select a system (optional)" in Service Desk?

There are a lot of items which are not needed like "Active Directory" or "Billing Services" and etc...

Hi Tim,

The "Select a system (optional)" field is correspond to the "Component/s" field:

And the selection list is based in the project's components:

Hence, editing Project settings >> Components should address your inquiry.

You should be able to configure the select list in Project -> Project settings ->  Component. This should show all the component in the Select a system (Optional) field.
