Capacities on Portfolio not updating

Stuart Green April 25, 2019

I'm getting an odd behavior in Portfolio. I have a Portfolio plan tracking a Jira board, and if I create a new story in Jira, assign a user to it and give a time estimate, when I hit 'Calculate' in Portfolio the new task appears with the Original Estimate and Member assigned in the Scope. If I make a change in Jira then this is reflected in the Scope. If I make the changes in Portfolio then this changes Jira. All good.

However, if I have the capacity view active, then when the story is first created the correct time is shown against the correct member in the capacity chart, but any changes to time in either Jira or Portfolio don't affect the chart. The story can be moved between members, but the time remains the same as it was when it was first created.

Thanks
Stuart
