Hi Team,
We are using JIRA REST API for jira ticket creation automatically, but suddenly ticket not created. when logging JIRA using web, it asked for CAPTCHA though it is already "OFF".
COuld you help me how to avoid asking this CAPTCHA every time though it is put as "OFF".
Note: WE are using JIRA software version 8.22.0
