The company moved to a new domain name.
This makes it necessary to change the base JIRA URL.
However, after changing the base URL in the system interface, the issue links on the desktops were not updated.
In other words, the links in the filters were updated.
But on the desktop links to the issue retain the old address.
How can this be fixed?
Sincerely,
Vladislav
Hello @Vladislav Belyaev ,
When you note "issue links on the desktop" do you mean links stored on the local users system, as a shortcut or in a file like an excel document? Or are the errors occuring in the web portal for some of the issue links?
If the links are saved locally, any links saved would need to be manually updated to reflect the new path.
If you are meaning errors with links in the Jira web portal then there my be a needed context path in the server.xml file as described in the "Notes" section of the "Configuring the Base URL" documentation, and discussed further in the following thread:
Regards,
Earl
