Change the date/time format when exporting to Excel

Is it possible to change the date/time format from US to international only when exporting to Excel?

I don't want to make a system-wide change to our date format, but we have a need for an international date format when exporting issues/etc to excel.

There is not but you should be able to do it in excel if that's an option for you.
