Change the display of multi select fields in jira's admin tabs

Hi,

I am a bit annoyed by one feature in Jira. In several administration tabs (context of custom field, priority scheme, ...) there are multi select fields that allow you to select multiple project.

However, those fields are very annoying to use since, according to my experience, you must hold [CTRL] will selecting another choice. Scrolling is a real pain, the field only display 5 project at once. You can't search a project by typing a letter since it will deselect your previous selection.

Is there a way to improve this field (dark features, higher version ? i'm in 7.11.2, ...) in order to make it less painful to use ?

You should vote for the one that looks like it is in relation to what you want or create a new suggestion.
