Change the order of activity comments on portal

Hello everybody!

At this moment I have script in postfunction that changes an approver in custom field. Another script is commenting issue when it assigned. In current workflow I have few statuses with different approvers.

After approving an issue I see this order:

  • Your request status changed to Paid. Yesterday 1:24 PM
  • Natalia
    Yesterday 1:24 PM

    На данный момент текущей задачей занимаюсь я.

  • Your request status changed to Ready to pay.Yesterday 1:24 PM
  • Sergey approved this request.Yesterday 1:24 PM
  • Your request status changed to COO Approve.Yesterday 1:23 PM
  • Request requires approval.Yesterday 1:23 PM
  • Natalia approved this request.Yesterday 1:23 PM
  • Your request status changed to Budget Checking.Yesterday 1:23 PM
  • Request requires approval.Yesterday 1:23 PM
  • Sergey approved this request.Yesterday 1:23 PM
  • Request requires approval.Yesterday 1:19 PM


If there any way to change the order of activity comments? For example, I need to place text comments AFTER changing issue status and changing isue status must be below "Request requires approval".

Currently, there is no option to edit the order of the activities on the customer portal.
I've created a feature request based on your question:
