Change the order of comments

Can I change the order that comments and updates are posted with the most recent at the top vs the bottom?  Can I configure it by project vs a global change?

Hi @Danielle Cantrell 

On the server version there is a small sort arrow to the top right of the comments and history panels. This will change the sort order. I don't think it's a config default option but I believe your last chosen option is stored in your cookie.
