Column in Structure not appearing for users when sharing

Hi Community,

I created a structure in JIRA and created a new column with a formula to make a basic calculation. However when I send the URL to another individual to view the structure, they are unable to see the column I created. I saved the new view and changed the visibility settings for everyone to select that view to be able to see the column, but other users are unable to see the view I created. Any idea why this may be happening?

Hi Ryan,

Which URL are you sharing? If it's just the URL in the address bar, the structure will open at the other location but with that user's last open view (in this case we define a view as the specific collection of columns). 

In order to share the specific view you have with someone, you should click on the share button and use the so-called perspective link, which will share the structure with its current view and any active transformations. 

If you have been using the perspective links and it's still not working I'd encourage you to file a support request with our awesome support team, and we can see why that's not working in your specific case.
