Comment Replies

Is there a way we could make the replies to comments in JIRA visible? Cause right now the replies are updated as Internal.

If we can't, is there a way we could disable 'reply' for comments?

This is caused by plugin Threaded Comments for Jira plugin, you need to disable it.

Also, the plugin is unsupported at the moment.

Go to Setting -> Manage apps -> CRTL+F find Threaded Comments and disable the feature
