Configure Incoming mail server with Zimbra using IMAP

Hi,

Jira Version: 5.2.11

Zimbra Version: 8.0.2

I tried to create zimbra as an Incoming Mail server using IMAP. I am getting "Unfortunately no connection was possible. Review the errors below and rectify: ProtocolException: No login methods supported!"

But if i tried to connect the same zimbra server using thunderbird it is connecting without any issues.

Pandu, check if your Zimbra server is really with IMAP enabled and also that the user account is allowed to use IMAP. JIRA does not make any distinction between mail servers, if they are using IMAP, they will work.
