Confluence JIRA Calendar Macro

After upgrading a few months ago, our Confluence JIRA Calendar macro won't render. We seem to be able to set it up, but (see screen shot) when we apply, nothing renders. Anyone experience the same? Atlassian has been contacted, but nothing has fixed it yet...
For what it's worth, the JIRA issues macro is working fine.
