Confluence Links in Jira Admin

Hi I have a question,

we are using Jira Server and do now have a pretty moderate amount of rules that apply for the creation of a new useraccount for example. We have Confluence Pages that describe exactly which user needs to have which groups. 

Now I would like to add a link to some administration interfaces, so you have everything on hand when you want to create a new user or project or whatever.

Is there any possibility I can achieve this? I think it would be a really great solution.
