User got this error when he was trying to log in Confluence. There´s no problem logging into Jira. He has a license. He changed the password. License was removed and re-added. He tried clearing cookies and cache, using another browser. And he even tried from an other computer. Failed authentication attempts counter in Confluence has been reset.
@Sofia Quintero The user most likely has a duplicate record in the user table. You will need to fix this in the DB. Information on how to fix below.

We fixed the problem with the soultion that you mentioned. Thank you.
Now the same user has an other problem regading an page access.
