Could not find Script Runner Panel

Hi, I have installed "Script Runner" plugin but according to the documentation I could not find the script runner panel in JIRA. Can you please help in finding me?

Type 'gg' and then 'Script Console'. Or go to the plugin section and locate the Script Console link in the left side bar.
