Hello,
I am testing the use of the Issue Publisher plugin to allow users to create easily Confluence pages from JIRA issues. I'd like to have just a button "Create Page", but unfortunately due to the mechanics of this plugin, I need to use a post function. Therefore, I need to have a transition which I called "Create Page".
However, it is not a real transition, and it's status does not really make sense from a workflow point of view.
Does anybody know how to transition automatically to a previous status? Or an alternative way to be able to trigger a postfunction without transitioning the status.
Thanks in advance for your input.
You can add a transition where the target status equals the current status:

Hi Gianni,
the App has actually two modes to create confluence pages: you mentioned the capabilty to create pages via postfunctions in workflow transitions. The other choice would be to configure an action thus you can create pages from the action menu without the need of a more "technical" transition.
Hope this helps
Wolfgang

This is true, but via the action (Menu More->Publish Issue) you have a couple of setup screens and most of all you cannot use the action in bulk mode.
