Hello,
I am trying to add JIRA SD custom field- Customer Request Type to Create issue screen. Unfortunatelly this is impossible for me.
What I did?
1.) Associate dedicated screen with Create action. This screen include Customer Request Type field
2.) Checked field configuration scheme for this project- Customer Request Type is Locked
3.) I unlocked field on the database.
4.) I set field REQUIRED
5.) I created dedicated screen and associate with Create transition in workflow
All this actions don't help... Any idea?
