Created new status but after clicking on that status it goes again to assignee

Hi,

I have created new status called Tested Local in Jira, Once assignee click on resolve status the task gets resolved and does not shows under open and the Tested Local status gets displayed. But after clicking Tested Local status the task again moved under assignee but the status is Tested Local. I dont want to show the task again to assignee in open it should go under Tested Local.

Kindly assist me on this. Awaiting your response.

Check the Post Functions and Outgoing transitions as mentioned by Tomas. Also, if you don't find a clue to anything i.e. you feel everything is rightly configured, execute the integrity checker once.

Hi Subodh,

there's only one answer: check your workflow. Look what happens, if you click on the outgoing transition of your "Tested Local" status.
