Creating comments from emails - regex question

Dear users,

I have set up JIRA to add comments to tickets based on emails.

The comment is added with all email body - i want only comment, without quote.

I don't know, is it as simple as your regex being case sensitive, maybe change it to From

You're right - changing regexp with case sensitive solves my issue.
