We have added a condition on moving code from Func QA => Review that there must be no open code reviews in Crucible. However, this condition only appears to work when the user in Jira is also a user in Crucible. We have enabled anonymous read access to Crucible.
For example, STORY-1 has 1 open code review, Mary is a user in Crucible, and the "Review" button is correctly hidden for her (as there is an open review, this transition is not available). Bob is not a user in Crucible, and the Review button is available (not applying the condition).
Not all our Jira users will be in Crucible. Is there a restriction on the authentication used when performing this condition check? Is it possible to set it up to use no authentication, or a specific service account?
Environment: Jira 7.5.0 Server, Crucible 4.5.1
Hi Daniel,
Actually this is a known bug on the connector plugin for Jira, which is detailed on the following link:
Unfortunately there is no known procedural work-around so far, however we suggest you to become a watcher on the bug report, to stay tuned of any updates there. Feel free to add any personal comments as well, since it has visibility among our developers and user base.
