I have a custom field that is a multiple line text box. Recently, when a user inputs values in this field it saves it, and then displays the custom fields ID and not what was inputted into the field (i.e. it fills the field with "customfield_13891-val"). This seems to be a very new occurrence and not presenting consistently. Has anyone had any experience with something like this before? Or know why it is happening?
We're using JIRA v6.4.14.
Thanks!
What type of field is it?
It's a text field (single line), with no special configurations.

There is something breaking it. What add-ons do you have, and have you got any custom javascript?

On this project, I'm not seeing anything in the workflow or custom fields that has any javascript.
