I have successfully managed to configure most of Service Desk, but am at a quandary regarding the left-pane pages(for example Queues, Customers, Reports etc.). I want to configure the Customers tab to display objects we have defined in Insight, which I managed to integrate successfully in ticketing and the like, but can't seem to find a way to do this. My reasoning was that it is possible to accomplish via the Screens, but can't find the corresponding Screen for it.
Is this even possible to do?
But no answers yet....I am running into the same problem. I want to customize the landing page for the service desk agents, but there is no way to configure it for all users.
