Customizing e-mail from the "Send Email" in the system admin

Hi,

I'd like to customize e-mail which is sent by the "Send Email" in the System admin menu.

Administration -> System -> Send Email

Is there any way to do this?
I know there are many velocity templates(.vm) for email of the issue events.
However I can not find it for the "Send Email" function.

I am not 100% sure what is the email of the '.vm' file for this feature but this feature is as customizable as it can get. You can use the 'html' option will render the whatever you put as html.. so all html tags will be working.  Are you thinking on adding some ticket details?

Thank you for your reply. Actually, I'd like to change the 'From' address in email and append some word I provided automatically in subject. I don't think the html option make this enable. I see many velocity templates such as issumecreated.vm, issuecommented.vm and so on in our server directory. I think they are template for the email but I'm not sure which one is used for the 'Send Email' function. Thanks, hiro
