Hey there,
trying to send Mails through our own Domain with Atlassian Cloud ... added SPF and DKIM as advised (https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiracloud/configuring-jira-cloud-to-send-emails-on-behalf-of-your-domain-900996548.html)
But check still gives me Error: https://domain-check.atlassian.com/ - Domain: futureweb.at
MXToolbox tells me DKIM is set correct: https://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx?action=dkim%3afutureweb.at%3as1&run=toolpage#
named DB file:
s1._domainkey.futureweb.at. 360 IN CNAME s1._domainkey.atlassian.net.
s2._domainkey.futureweb.at. 360 IN CNAME s2._domainkey.atlassian.net.
any ideas on that?
thx, bye from Austria
Andreas Schnederle-Wagner
Well ... it took over 30 Minutes that Atlassian Services recognized the new DNS Settings ... even the TTL on all entries for futureweb.at is 360 Seconds ...
@[deleted] - PLEASE lower your DNS Cache ... espacially on such checks where one may change DNS Settings based on the outcome of the check it's very contraproductive to have such a long DNS cache ...
thx
Andreas
