Data view to other application

We have our internal application which needs to show JIRA issues based on some filter

Project Name, Total SIT issues, Open SIT Issues, Total UAT Issues, Open UAT issues for a project

this project is identified by a code, which is available in each JIRA project. (Project Description)

and SIT & UAT can be identified from Environments (custom field)

What is your suggestion on this data feed? 1) creating a SQL view 2) any other easy way of doing this

Hello,

I think you should use Jira Rest Api. There is a search call, which can accept a JQL query and return issues.
