Date Started wrong date format when Logging Work

Hi

I have my profile language set to English UK. The date / time for comments respects this (swapping from March 3 to 3 March for example). However, as @Alexander James said, the Work Log dialog persists in showing the date as mm/dd/yyyy i.e. US format.

This is NOT a new feature request. This is a BUG. It has been raised as JRACLOUD-77988. I've asked all my devs to vote for this.

Reading JRACLOUD-76814 shows that there are some other areas where this error occurs.
