Delete Issues with Bulk Change Jira 7.11.2

Hi

I'm testing Jira 7.11.2 and I'm not able to delete Issues with Bulk Change. My user is in a group which has Delete Issues permssion on the Project and also the Global Bulk Change permission is set to this group.

But anyway it says "NOTE: You do not have permission to delete the selected 6 issues."

I can delete a single Issue but not over the Bulk Change.

Does someone has an idea what could be wrong?

It's working after a Tomcat restart...
