Hi, I have deleted some test shared dashboards I created but they still show up on my portal when I click on My Dashboards. How do I get rid of them?
Also, the dashboard in the portal does not show the same data that I can see when I click on the dashboards in Jira itself. Why is it not pulling in the correct data. I have admin access and am the owner of these dashboards.
Many Thanks
Sinéad
By Portal i suppose you mean the jira site and not the JSM customer portal here.
The deleted item shouldn't show up. May be the one that shows up is another item? If that is not needed, you can try to delete this dashboard as well.
Hi Fazila, I mean the JSM customer portal. All the dashboards I have deleted still show in there.
