Description template on portal

Hello, is there any way to use on portal  issue creation prefilled description as template based on component field?

Hello @pzotos ,

You can write a default value on description field. Replacing the system field "Description" in order to have a custom Description field with a default value in customer portal request forms | Jira | Atlassian Documentation

However if you want to change it specific conditions I belive you need scriptrunner plugin and write a beahivour.

Thanks a lot Ezgi, so the only way to change the prefilled information in the description is script runner
