DevQA role user only able to close bug reported by DevQA group members

Hi Team,

 Please help to achieve the below requirements.

 

1. DevQA role user only able to close bug reported by DevQA group members, DevQA role cannot close bug reported by QA role members.

2.      Developer role users cannot change priority_HCP(custom field) reported by QA role members,  but developer role could change any bug priority reported by DevQA role.

3.      Admin/Users/Support/developer/DevQA role cannot close bug reported by QA role,

4.      DevQA/Developer role cannot change any bug priority_HCP(customfield) reported by QA role user.
