You can associate your Field Configurations with Issue Types with help of defining Field Configuration Scheme.
So in simple words you can have different Field Configuration for different issue type.

Is there any way to limit the custom fields for assignee.
As I have to assign few tickets to a assignee and i want him to see only few fields while creating a ticket.
