Disable Attach Screenshot?

While this feature is helpful, there are a couple projects on which we'd like this NOT to be an option when on the Issue View screen. Is there any way I can disable it?

AFAIK you can just enable or disable the feature in your plugin configuration--> Plugins-->Manage plugins-->system plugins--> System Issue Operations plugin-->Screenshot

You can't do it by project...Correct me if I'm wrong

And, as you say, that's installation-wide - not project specific... Too bad!
