Discrepancy in number of test runs and total tests

In the test plan report the column number of test runs and total tests have different numbers, could you please help me understand why so? Please refer below screenshot.
My analysis is
1. When I added all the testcases in the 17 test execution I get a value of 242 which is showing in column test runs
2. Column pass+ to do+ fail = column total tests
3. Where are the test cases of test runs - total tests?
