I'm on the Jira Service Desk marketing team and we're looking for anyone who has experience with ServiceNow and Jira Service Desk, specifically anyone who has switched to JSD.
We're looking for any team that has experienced quantitative improvements i.e. "Our team deflected x% more tickets with JSD than ServiceNow" or "Our mean time to resolution decreased with JSD"
