Document Vault on transition

Is it possible to add Document Vault in the transition. I would like people to add files when they create the ticket.

Looks to me like you just have the attachment field on the create screen and the vault will do the rest.

I mean the Document Vault plugin : https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.redmoon.jira.documentvault. I would like to add document in the document vault on the creation of the ticket instead of adding an attachment.
