Does Jira have a standard function for building issues in bulk thru an Excel file?

I know there is a Marketplace app called 'Easy Templates' but I was wondering if base Jira comes with any function for batch loading issues from a template and/or an Excel comma delimited file.  I have a number of repeatable tasks that I would like to build in bulk.

Hi @Thayne Munson , 

you could use the CSV import : this way you can save your Excel file as CSV, and then import a batch of issues in Jira. The documentation will help you get the proper format : https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/import-data-from-a-csv-file/
