Does all jira services run automatically when JIRA restarts ?

Hi,

I just wanted to know how the JIRA service works when JIRA is restarted ?

I have like 4 or 5 scheduled services which is like 30 mins gap. But i wanted to know if JIRA runs all at once when it restarts then it may cause problem to me. so Just wanted to know.

JIRA services are run when it is restarted. The delay will kick in only after the restart.

Scheduled tasks, the ones that are designed to run based on a cron expression, will run only at the specified times, irrespective of restart. It makes sense to write scheduled tasks if you are doing things that could have a performance impact.
