Done Sub Tasks Not Showing in Parent

Ben Hunnicutt July 12, 2018

I have a teammate that cannot see the "done" sub tasks in a parent JIRA.  The rest of the team can see the done tasks in a parent JIRA.   How can I fix this?

Hi Ben,

Since this is happening for a single user is most likely permission related.

And from the behavior you described I suspect Workflow properties or Issue Secuety.

Check the Workflow Properties on the DONE status on the subtask workflow to see if there are any permission based properties that might exclude that user. such as jira.permission.browse property

Next check if there is an Issue Security level configured on the project/issues that the user is not a member of.

Regards,
Earl

There are no unique configurations in either the Workflow Properties or the Security Level settings.  I have set this user up the same way as the other users that have the same access.
